The property has superb outdoor spaces, with a beautiful sun terrace, outdoor barbeque area and spectacular lake views. The property owner contacted The Commercial Photographer to commission real estate photography for its website and self-catering listings.

Preparing your property for a photo shoot
The more planning you put into your property photography shoot, the better the results. Consider how you style bedrooms and living areas. Try to have that work done before your photographer arrives.
Also, clean everything thoroughly. You’d be amazed at how often rogue fingerprints appear on shiny surfaces and windows – and remember we’re always looking for a sunny day which shows up every speck of dust!
Outside, have the exterior clean and tidy. Consider freshening up any garden, terrace or flower pots.
